For the past month, HDI Resource’s Learning and Development Manager, Paolo M. Rosal, has been successfully running the VMV (Vision-Mission-Values) sessions for all HDI subsidiaries.
The objective of the VMV sessions is to gather all HDI employees in a venue where inside-out discussions are facilitated to deeply understand HDI’s Vision and Mission Statements. The Values “Live-Learn-Love” are also drilled down to targeted and specific behavior indicators, in the hopes that, collectively, all employees may be aligned with the same mindset of ensuring proper behavior and decorum. It’s a work-in-progress, but a good start to reach our vision!
